Healthy and Delicious Dark Chocolate!

By Rhonda Leave a Comment

This rich, creamy, healthy and delicious dark chocolate is not only delicious but also it’s one of the best healthy dark chocolate on the market!

As I was browsing in Whole Foods Market in Chandler, Arizona, I found myself walking past the small end-cap area near the Deli which always has mounds of beautifully displayed dark chocolate bars. I typically never stop because most of the chocolate has either dairy or soy lecithin. But one day I saw an assortment of uniquely packaged dark chocolates that were wrapped in paper in the shape of a circle! I’m a sucker for unique packaging and because of that, I just had to spend the $4.99 retail price to purchase the the original 70% stone ground Cacao Pure Taza Chocolate. I was so excited; stone ground Taza Chocolate is simply amazing!

When I got home, I carefully lifted the nutritional label on the back and slowly opened the paper to break one section of chocolate–for portion control! When I placed the piece in my mouth, my taste buds were awakened and wanted more! This chocolate wasn’t the same ol’ chocolate, it was different–it had some texture and I liked it! So, I had to try the other nine (9) varieties! Yes, I splurged on chocolate like I was treating myself to a new pair of shoes! My favorite is the Vanilla followed by the Salted Almond, but I truly really enjoy them all. According to the company, “Taza Chocolate is 100% Certified USDA Organic, Certified Gluten-Free, and Orthodox Union certified Kosher Pareve”, as well as dairy, soy, and GMO free.

Chocolate is not just good to eat just because! Chocolate has excellent healthy properties–it is an anti-oxidant, which helps to fight off all those free radicals that roam throughout our bodies after oxidations occurs!

Please note that not many stores do not stock this chocolate, in fact not all Whole Foods stock it, so you can visit the Taza website and place an order http://www.tazachocolate.com/.
