Rhonda’s Cooking Class: Salad Recipes

By Rhonda Leave a Comment

Are you sick and tired of your same ole boring salad? Join Rhonda for a free cooking class on Saturday, June 8, at Whole Foods Market Chandler that’s all about salad recipes for the summer! Expand your creativity as Rhonda Peters, a Certified Nutritional Counselor and author of the cookbook So, What Can I Eat Now?! Living without Dairy, Soy, Eggs and Wheat, demonstrates a couple of easy, affordable, healthy, and tasty salad recipes, while sharing tips along the way. Attendees will receive information on each recipe demonstrated which includes cost and nutritional analysis. Also, there will be other handouts to help you learn to customize your salad recipes at home! There will be an opportunity for attendees to win a few prizes, so you don’t want to miss this class!

To RSVP for this salad recipes class please contact Kim via phone, 480.821.9447, or email kim.turner@wholefoods.com if you want to be added to the attendee list.

I hope to see you there!
