My main purpose for writing this cookbook is to give people who are challenged with weight fluctuations, food allergies/intolerances, autoimmune diseases, and heart diseases hope. I want them to know that they are not alone, that they can enjoy food even if they are burdened with these potentially life threatening illnesses!
