New Year's Resolutions
Okay, it truly is time in 2009 to do things differently than you’ve always done. It’s time to stay the course and honor whatever commitments that you have made for 2009 in terms of living a healthier life. It’s time to stop the “lose weight quick diets” only to find that you will gain all of the lost weight back by the next year. Stop the roller coaster weight loss madness and join me and make a commitment to eat healthier and exercise more for 2009. This is truly the best diet that you can ever do in your lifetime! So stop researching the best diet—the water diet or the oatmeal diet or whatever else diet—that can help you lose weight fast, and plan to do something that you and your loved ones can commit to for the long term.
There’s no perfect time to start, you just have to do like Nike says and “Just Do It.” Instead of going to the extreme and eliminating everything, start slow and make small changes to your diet.
